“It was a pleasure to take part 1 of the newly established classes by Dr. Arlene Dijamco and Dr. Jim Gaydos, the “Dig On Series”, which is an evolving work in progress. They cover a lot of territory that took me personally years to understand and understand my experience. The work is important for its content, showing an expansive view of the potential of osteopathy, and gives an integrative overview often hard to discover. As we move forward in our work and the changing of the guard to the next generation of teachers and students, I believe these courses will matter to a lot of osteopathic practitioners young and old…”

“I have taken a few osteopathic classes, and I have been treated by many. But I have to say these courses by Dr. Dijamco and Dr. Gaydos add another layer of palpatory perception that I never thought was possible before. In fact, one of the treatment exercises she guided us through gave me one of the biggest and deepest release that I have ever felt.
And most importantly, they walk you through everything bit by bit with plenty of repetition so that it's easy to replicate it in our clinics. She opened our eyes to the fact that there are emotional components to commonly seen chief complaints from patients. For example, a patient with a history of chemo who lost the ability to walk came to see after being seen by many other practitioners. There was nothing physically wrong with the mechanics of the leg. However after applying what I was recently taught, the patient walked out without her walker!
This work adds another layer of depth into our treatments. Regardless of the treatment modality we use whether it be from biodynamics to HVLA, being able to perceive the emotional body will gift you another way to treat our patients.
Thank you so much to both of you!”

“Very comprehensive and thorough manual. Dr. Dijamco has an intuitive ability almost beyond comprehension but weaves her skill with her head knowledge base and makes the approach more accessible to the learner.”

“I wanted to send you quick note with capital-G-Gratitude for your work on the course! The concepts you presented mixed with your guidance throughout were otherworldly… Amazing manual, I took great notes. Honestly, Dr. Dijamco’s monologues were FIRE, meaning, so good. And importantly, the humility in this course, this work… is refreshing… got so much out of this that I’ll take to myself, my family, and my patients. Wow.”

“Usually embryology is dry, boring and hard to follow, at this course Dr. Gaydos made it easy to follow and understand by telling the story of the embryo with interest and clinical relevance to the labs.”

“The Sensing and Releasing Emotional Shock Part 1 clarified my thoughts that the osteopathic treatment starts when the patient walks in to your waiting room or talks to you by phone.
Since the heart field has the largest EM, this field is felt by the recipient no matter if he or she is cognizant of it. The heart field resonates the thoughts and intentions of the practitioner. This course emphasized why the practitioner must be grounded, balanced, neutral and have respectful humility of this sacred interaction we call healing.”

“Excellent content - I learned how to connect with my essence and trust my intuition better. I learned so many things!! I’m going to begin to work with emotions in my patients and trust more fully in the Stillness. Excellent course manual—very thorough, which was greatly apreciated and printed. Presenters were wonderful. Arlene does an excellent job putting language around all these concepts. Jim did a fantastic job with all the embryology, and I loved having that part of the course.”
